1. Dezania Shipping

Dezania offers shipping and delivery services to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All orders are dispatched using our trusted courier partners who serve every city and area across the kingdom. Orders are shipped within three to seven business days from the date of order confirmation.


2. Shipping Fee

We provide free shipping on all orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with no additional charges.


3. Order Processing Time

Your order will be processed within one to two business days. Our team operates from Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to ensure your order is handled promptly.


4. Shipping Time

Once the order processing is complete, your package will be shipped and is expected to be delivered within three to seven business days. Please note that the final delivery time may vary depending on your location and local shipping conditions.


5. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches you.


6. Potential Delays

Occasionally, external factors such as unexpected weather conditions or transportation issues may result in delivery delays. Additionally, certain days of the week (for example, Friday and Saturday) are observed as holidays by some delivery services, which can affect shipping schedules. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the expected delivery time.


7. Undelivered Shipments

If the package cannot be delivered due to the absence of a recipient at the specified address or any other reason that prevents accepted delivery, the shipment may be returned to our facility. In such cases, additional fees may apply for reshipping the order.

Dezania ships orders to the address provided during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned or lost due to an incorrect, outdated, or inaccurate shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping details are current before completing your purchase. Should a return occur due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to impose additional charges for a new shipment.


9. Shipping Completion

Shipping is deemed complete when the product has been delivered to the customer and confirmed as "Delivered" via the courier’s tracking system. Once the status is updated, the delivery is considered successful.
