Thank you for shopping with us at dezania.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
- Eligibility: Our return policy applies to all products sold on our website, except for custom-made items. The product must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dezania.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Exceptions: Our return policy does not cover products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence, or products that have been modified or altered in any way.
